Second floor bedroom also has an ensuite. Approximately 1/2 block to community pool. Located on the Rehoboth to Lewes bike trail, this home provides 8 bicycles for guest use. Close to restaurants, outlets and shopping. NOTE: COMMUNITY HOA REQUIRES THAT TENANT COMPLETE AND SIGN THE ATTACHED LODGING AGREEMENT AND HOA ADDENDUM BEFORE RENTAL CAN BE CONFIRMED.

We have been coming to Rehoboth Beach for over fifty years. Although much has changed over the years, Rehoboth Beach is still a wonderful place. Great beaches, great restaurant, lots of activities including cycling, golf, shopping etc. In 2007 we were one of the first owners in Canal Pointe, purchasing a townhouse near the entrance. We love Canal Pointe for its easy access to downtown and the beaches but it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing. We ride our bikes just about everywhere. After nine years in the townhouse, we purchased our current home to accommodate a growing family. We are happy to share this home with others who enjoy Rehoboth Beach as much as we do.
