This 540 square feet apartment has everything you need to enjoy a comparable experience at any hotel royal suite or luxury bungalow. Located inside a safe and accessible residential condo at one of the most beautiful suburbs of Guatemala City. This is a row house style condominium, 100 feet away from the public street. If you have a car, there is safe parking space available for you inside the condo, right in front of the house. You can safely walk around the neighborhood and access public transportation.
Shopping mall with variety of restaurants, shops and supermarket at walking distance. Neighborhood kiosks (“tiendas”) a few steps away sell fresh fruits, vegetables and everyday household consumables.
All areas (including the backyard) are for your exclusive use, except for the laundry area that is shared with the home owners. You enjoy total privacy behind your closed door.
