This property is locally managed by a family owned management company, specializing in short term waterfront vacation homes in the Daytona, New Smyrna Beach areas. The managers are available 7 days a week 8am-6pm by phone, text and email.
The Daytona / Holly Hill area where this waterfront home sits is a quiet residential community with many residents who have lived there for decades. The Halifax River / Intercoastal Waterway is across the street in front of the house. You will be a short drive from many restaurants, shops, the beach or the International Speedway.
The front door has an electronic keypad smart lock that will have a custom code exclusive to you during your stay. This allows for a more convenient self-check-in process to accommodate your travel schedule.
You will have access to the entire 2,179 sq ft 4-bedroom home, a fenced in backyard and a private boat dock. The house is large and spacious for a large family of 10-12 people to enjoy comfort away from home. You will find three bedrooms on the first floor along with 3 bathrooms, a large living room and an enormous kitchen island for the entire family to sit around. The second floor has space for 3-4 people to sleep along with a large sectional couch and big screen TV, perfect for the older children to hang out, away from the parents.
This area is easy to get around by car, motorcycle or walking. You can call for an Uber if you choose on situations where driving yourself is not preferred.
