Both the main house and guest house are single-story with no stairs to navigate. The main house offers a total of 5 bedrooms. The guest house has three bedrooms each open directly to their own private patio entrance — a nice setup for grandparents, teenagers, or anyone who wants a little separation from the main gathering. A large circular driveway plus double-gated front and back entrances give you room for up to 10 vehicles, with plenty of space for an RV or boat/caravan. The garage is not available for guest use.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
