Please no smoking in stairwell , and close the outside door if smoking around the building. No hanging out in stairwell
Please do not move furniture , no running or jumping in this upstairs unit . Please watch luggage and coolers on the flooring .
If use the washing machine do not overload it we check it after ever stay. please put all laundry in utility room . trash goe in alley on northside

The Citadel in Fairfield, IL

Beautiful historic building in peaceful small downtown surroundings. Quiet and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Jeremy is a genuine nice guy who takes loving care of his property.
