About this property

Completely remodeled lower unit of house in the heart of Denver. This in a very nicely appointed self contained space in the trendy Sunnyside area of Denver. Everything is new in this unit, kitchen, bathroom, floors etc. One or two blocks from multiple coffee shops, and restaurants. Close to i70 for easy access to mountains and airport. Down town Denver is a 10 min drive away. Many more restaurants in LoHi just a 10 min walk away. FYI, this a lower unit that requires walking down the stairs, so not suitable for physically challenged. Also the ceilings are lower than some, so if you are very tall this unit may not be suitable.
