My property is unique because it is close to everything, next to the highway system to head to the hills or downtown and the neighborhoods for great eateries, shopping, yoga, dog park etc... are bikeable and even walkable if you like to get steps in. I really like that I do not have to drive several minutes through a neighborhood to get to and from this location. When I'm tired, I want easy access to get home and when I am ready to go, I don't want to have to stop at 5 stop signs or stop lights just to get to the highway.
