About this property

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish freshly remodeled condo that is away from all of the crowds and traffic! Enjoy Dollywood, then escape to your condo tucked away in the Smoky Mountains. Hike local nature trails, horseback riding, rafting and fishing. Breath taking views and fresh mountain air! Then relax in the afternoon on the back deck or at the pool!
Our unit is in the very last building on the right side on the top floor. What makes it unique are the amazing views as well as the additional loft area!
The pool is located behind Building #8, and with our condo being it building #10, it is a very short walk to take a refreshing dip in the pool and soak up some rays!
Must be 21 years old to rent the property and we supply enough toiletries and paper products to last 1 - 2 days in case you forgot to bring some.
NO Pets Allowed!
We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

We are available 24 hours a day by text, phone call or email. Check in is automated by using smart locks on the door so that you can arrive anytime after 4:00 pm on the first day of your stay!
This is the perfect place to really explore what the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. The complex is off the beaten path and inside a gated community for added privacy has such amenities such as picnic tables and grills, as well as the outdoor pool.
There are several things to do within a 15 minute drive as well. Experience the Forbidden Caverns that offers tours deep into the caverns that take you past sparkling formations, towering natural chimneys, and numerous grottos. English Mountain Trout Farm is the perfect place to fish and guaranteed to catch something for that evening's dinner. The staff will even clean the fish for you. Hiking trails are all around and there is a zipline and horseback riding a few minutes down the road.
And you can always take a trip into Sevierville or to Cosby, both are between 15 - 25 minutes of driving to enjoy all of the tourist attractions and great restaurants! Pigeon Forge is 35 minutes and Gatlinburg is 45 minutes away.
We offer a contactless entry into the condo using smart locks. The door code and wifi information will be sent to you the afternoon before you arrive.
Our condo sleeps 4 with a master bedroom and a loft above the living room. Brand new kitchen and master bathroom with granite countertops and a jacuzzi tub! The condo is on the top floor so you have the best views in the area! This unit was completely renovated in March 2023 so everything is brand new!

Great views

Very clean, quite, fantastic views from the balcony. Great place to stay. Not that far from stuff to do. The road going up to the condo is very steep and curvy.

Home away from home

It was a warm and comfortable place to come back to after a long day. Beautiful views and with the comfort of home we were able to make most of our meals and not have to spend an arm and a leg dining out. 10-10 would recommend!! Thank you for the hospitality!!

It was okay - definitely an out of the way location

Management communication was great. Condo is in an older facility, so think “rustic charm.” Ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work and loft area ventilation doesn’t seem to work either - so if you have folks sleeping up there in warm weather, it’ll be a bit uncomfortable. Coffee maker was broken as well - bummer for us because that first cup in am is a must, and since you’re out in the middle of nowhere, you can’t expect to get Java from a retailer. No lightbulbs on deck. Had to fight the screen door to get it to close. It’s just an older unit in a rundown condominium complex, so frankly, for the price, wish we’d have passed…Best feature was the shower head.

This was not as described

This place says it’s in Sevierville, It has a Sevierville address, but is more than 1/2 an hour away from Sevierville. Additionally the code to get in the Condo is the same as the address! That’s not very good security! Additionally the air conditioner did not work! and the upstairs bedroom was very hot not conditions we wanted for our son, also the upstairs only had overhead room was only tall enough for a person who was 5 foot tall! Lastly there was a spiderweb that was huge in the skylight GROSS! We didn’t stay long enough to see more problems we were only in the unit 20 minutes. But I’m sure we would have discovered more. It was very uncomfortable and we didn’t feel safe staying! Avoid! This place!

Great Cabin and Awesome Staff

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this cabin. We loved the area, the views, the hot tub and the convenience of ziplining and pool on the property! We will be back!!
