Just minutes from Lake Cumberland Marina, this barndo has a pull through garage for your car or boat, an RV pad with hookups, and a firepit to relax at in the evenings! Fully furnished Kitchen with all that you will need to whip up a quick breakfast in the morning, or grill the fish you caught that day! Each bedroom has a smart TV with cable. There is ping pong, horse shoes, and cornhole bags for you to enjoy! Only 1.3 Miles from Lake Cumberland Marina, 27 miles from Somerset, and 12 miles to Russell Springs.

This home is gorgeous. Very clean, lots of space, sufficiently furnished and lots of fun games/activities. Loved the setting, neighborhood and convenience to the lake.

Great weekend getaway!!

Property was awesome! New Clean and spacious. Large garage area turned into our adult pay area when the rain came. Ryan was a great host; helped us with all our questions! Conveniently close to Lake Cumberland marina; staff there was great to us. If this property is available next Fathers Day weekend , we are interested!! Thanks

We love Lake Cumberland, and found the ultimate location! Only minutes from Lake Cumberland Marina, you can be on the water in no time!!

What makes this property unique

This house is a new build, and has all of the amenities one would expect and more! The pull through 16' doors for the garage make pulling a trailer or RV a breeze! We have added a custom fire pit so making smores or telling fish tales will fill your evenings with great memories.
