This was a short-term stay for my niece who is a pharmacy student doing a summer internship in the area for the summer. She loved everything about the property and especially how close it was to just about everything within 5-10 minutes.
I stayed at this property while dropping my child off at Earlham College for orientation weekend. The location was perfect - blocks away from campus. It was clean and quiet and had everything u needed to feel at home. Looking forward to staying again!
What a nice little place. Everything we needed. Didn't really use the kitchen this trip since there is family in the area but looked nicely furnished. House has been nicely updated but the older home ambiance is still there. Would love to stay again if I am back in the Richmond area and not traveling with my dogs as I usually do.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Very adequate
Small little house, but very close to Earlham and the Clear Creek Park pickleball courts. Had some trouble contacting the host prior to my stay. Got an email 3 days prior to stay saying key info was attached, but nothing there.
Home was clean and well kept. It would be nice to have lamps and an extra chair in living room. The negative is, I do think paying guest should not be asked to park on the side road and freely allowed to park in front of the home if parking is available, especially for handicapped circumstances, and the fact that street parking is for public use, and your paying guests shouldn't be asked to reserve parking in front of the house we are paying to stay in for the convenience of the neighboring houses. Also, the front sidewalk leading to the house is in need of repair as it could pose a tripping hazard.
Hopefully, these 2 things can be addressed for future handicapped guests.
