Summary:
Your Mission Beach home is a comfortable, detached cottage in one of the most idyllic and fun beach towns in the country. Exceptionally rare amenities for a beach bungalow in this location: multiple, dedicated off-street parking spaces, washer and dryer in unit, beach walk deck for lounging in the sun and literally steps from the bay sand beach and a couple blocks to the Mission Beach Boardwalk and Pacific Ocean.

The Space:
The space is a cozy cottage just under 500 square feet. There is a full kitchen and full sized washer and dryer in the home. One queen sized bed in the bedroom with pocket doors for the bedroom and bathroom. Couch is a convertible, lay flat which can accommodate guests if needed, but keep in mind there is only one queen sized bed. There is a dedicated parking space behind the unit and a two additional tandem spaces in the lot next door if needed.

Guest Access:
There is a smart lock on the front door, and you'll receive a custom four digit code prior to your arrival that'll be active during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Mission Beach is one of the most amazing beach communities in the country. It's located on a sandbar between The Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. The cottage is conveniently located one house in from the sand of the idyllic Mission Bay and right next to the Catamaran Resort.

Getting Around:
Two Beach Cruisers provided! As one of the very few rentals in Mission Beach including parking, it's a great opportunity to travel by car while you're visiting San Diego. If not, Mission Beach is one of the most walkable communities in San Diego. Great restaurants, bars, beaches, parks, shopping, boardwalk, Belmont Park Amusement Park, etc, etc!!

Other Things to Note:
Move in ready with optimum flexibility: all utilities included - including internet, full kitchen with appliances and all cooking wares. All with flexible terms to suit your specific need.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil. Please note that the home does not include Air Conditioning.
