Welcome to Villa Lemon Drop! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, newly constructed gulf access home. Natural light and vaulted ceilings abound in this 4 bed 3 bath beauty. Just minutes from Matlacha and all it has to offer. Relax by the private heated pool, soak in the sunshine all day while lounging on the south facing lanai, or bring your fishing poles and fish right from the backyard.
The space
Villa Lemon Drop comfortably sleeps 9. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 (king size bed). Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 (king size bed). Bedroom 3 has the third king size bed and sleeps 2. Bedroom 4 sleeps 3 with a twin over full bunk bed.

Bathroom 1 (full) is attached to the master bedroom and has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Bathroom 2 is a 3/4 bath with a shower, and Bathroom 3 is a half bath.
