Pool cage screen, has frame-less, panels to ensure a clear view of the gorgeous Lake view. This lovely 2300 sq. ft. Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. You will also find beach chairs and cooler, for your trips to the white sandy beaches. (Note:) NO ELECTRIC FEES!!! WEEKLY & MONTHLY DISCOUNTS !!!! Pet's...limit 2, dogs, combined weight 60 pounds. Perfect Vacation

We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. We went to Lelulos and Lobster Lady and really enjoyed the food. Our family also enjoyed Sanibel Island. Overall a 5 star vacation! Thank you Sondra and Bob!

This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! Our family couldn't have asked for a better stay, and more beautiful place to call home for the week! RUN DON'T WALK!

Even better than the gorgeous pictures!

From the initial booking and contact by the owners, to walking into this amazing home for the first time, to your eventual departure, you will be in a 5-star stay! Such a beautiful property with everything you could think of to make your stay complete, they provide. As beautiful as the pictures are, they cannot truly capture the magnificence and tranquility of this property. Drive-able to many great beaches and attractions, but nice enough to never even need to leave the property to have a great escape! We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back!

Exceptional property and host

Sondra and Bob could not have created a better experience for us. The home is perfect for family & friends, is exceptionally clean, updated, and very well cared for. From having coffee and cooking extras like spices and oils on site, to lots of clean towels, to the full laundry room, beautiful patio & pool and open layout it is an exceptional experience. Great beds, beautiful views of the lake and an overall exceptional experience. Don't miss an opportunity to book this property. We will be coming back.

What a great house!

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so nicely decorated, so clean, and so well stocked with staples you would need, it was like being at home but better. I say “better” because it was a beautiful house in a great location, with a great pool and great hot tub. Our host, Sondra, was very communicative - she gave us information on the house and local things to do even before we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and she contacted us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay. I would highly recommend!!

Slice of Paradise

We had an amazing stay. The house comfortably fit all of us - three adults and two teens. We were impressed with the overall layout of the home and the privacy for everyone. Each room having thier own bathroom was such a nice additon. the home is immaculate. The hot tub was fantastic to have. The pool was perfect - so nice to take an afternoon dip or evening swim. Sondra and Bob were fantastic at providing receomendations for places to eat, sight seeing and tours. They made our stay so welcoming! This truly was a very stress free stay thanks again for hosting!

I can’t thank Sondra and Bob enough, the villa was amazing and the amenities were perfect. The owners kept in contact with us and gave plenty of information about the area, where to dine, and what to see while we vacationed. We did our 30th anniversary vow renewal on the patio and it was perfect. If you decide to see beautiful Cape Coral let me suggest staying here, you can’t beat it.

Staycation!

Little drive from Tampa for the 4th of July weekend. Was hopeful to hit the nearby beaches but the iffy weather kept us at this lovely villa where there was really no need to leave. Gorgeous fireworks visible over the big lake. Pool and jacuzzi made it an easy choice to stay in and hit the beaches on our next trip down!

Well equipped home - I have never stayed in home that has so much to offer. Excellent communication - quick response to all of our questions and changes. Pool is spacious, clean, and extremely private. Lake view is beautiful. We really can't recommend this house enough!

We love coming to Cape Coral. We came to Cape Coral in 2010, for winter vacation and rented a vacation home and continued to do so for years. In 2015 we bought Villa Lake View. We love the big lake view and the privacy of the over size lot, and we think you will too. Summers are very fun with the pool and spa, and covered lanai to hang out with friends and family. We have been happy to hear, of all the great times our guest are having. We know you will too! .

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because it is in the popular Southwest section of Cape Coral where it is close to shopping, great restaurants and downtown activities. But most of all because of the big, beautiful lake view and the wide open interior space of the home that seamlessly flows to the pool lanai.

What makes this property unique

When we opened the door and saw the glass walls, with the big lake view and the open and relaxing feel of this home. We knew it was the one! Quiet neighborhood, warm and relaxing pool area. Very private lushly landscaped yard.
