Our newly remodeled Patio Villa is perfectly located between the Town Squares of Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs!

5 Min car ride to either to Sumter Landing (1.5 miles) or to Spanish Springs (1.7 miles).

This 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Patio Villa has: New Kitchen, granite countertops, New Washer and Dryer, Full linens, and fully functional kitchen. It has a roll away bed stored in the walk-in closet if needed for an extra guest and a 75in TV.

Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.

Golf Carts are available to rent at nearby locations.

Awesome place

This home was neat and super clean! The king sized bed was so comfortable. Loved the bathroom! Loved the close proximity to spanish springs. The laundry and garage area was awesome. The home was decorated beautifully! Now i know why it's called the puzzle house. What a great name! We had such an amazingly good time here! Cannot wait to come back! Will try and reserve again for the fall.

Home was great, nicely updated, very clean. Owner responsive and helpful. Well located. Close to Spanish springs and even closer to Sumter landing.

We are a retired family and we manage a few properties in the area with our son. Our family enjoys being able to host and provide a welcoming experience for visitors in The Villages. We live locally and are always available for questions and help.

This is a quaint property that we decided to invest in and renovate a few years ago, because we wanted to provide a wonderful, clean, and homely experience to visitors of The Villages. Our family was very passionate to make this look like a brand new place, yet still feel like a home.

What makes this property unique

This property is close right between The Spanish Springs Town Square & Sumter Landing , which are both the main attractions. We filled the house with as much stuff that we could think of to make this home feel more like a home, including some unique things you never knew you'd like such as our Arcade Cabinet game! We are also providing numerous TV streaming services on the 75" TV.
