Great Location

Our month long stay in the St Johns' villa was great. The host was helpful and responsive. We did not have any issues during our stay. We loved the privacy of the walled yard and it was well suited for bringing our dog. It was a very quiet neighborhood. We found the location to be convenient to many things that we like to do in the Villages and close to the Publix and new Walmart. Having all tile floors was a plus for us. The kitchen was well stocked with any equipment you need to make a meal. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the loungers for tv watching. The house was nice and clean. A nice bonus was that the adult pool for the neighborhood was a 3 minute walk from the house, as was a nice walking trail. We enjoyed the house very much.

Great Place!

This property is so clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was welcoming and always available. The distance to Brownwood is perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough for quick cart ride into the Square. Although a cart was not included during our stay rental was easy and inexpensive. We would definitely stay here again.

We always wanted to see what the Villages in Florida was all about Had so much fun and nightly free music and entertainment in the town squares were great Good restaurants The house we stayed in was fantastic and our contact person was wonderful and very helpful to us, got to meet some really nice neighbors in the area. We had a great time staying here. The house accommodated us very well and our other friends preferred to come and visit us at our rental rather than going to theirs for all the comfort and space. Loved the patio. Walking around the neighbor hood was very pleasant. It was close to places we wanted to go. The host was very quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend this rental!

We enjoyed our stay. The host provided a detailed description of things to do in a binder. It was very helpful. The property is located near a supermarket which made it easy. The house is very well stocked in the kitchen and linens. It is minutes away from the Sawgrass square. The owner helped us find a golf cart rental service also.

Enjoyable

We had a wonderful time staying at the property. It was conveniently located so we could easily get to any activity we had planned. The home was well appointed with comfortable beds, nice furnishings and any necessities we may have forgotten. The one downside was that there wasn’t a thorough cleaning from previous pets in the unit. We had to vacuum furniture and wash bedding our first morning to rid of pet hair.

Great villa and great location

The villa was brand new and well equipped. We stayed a little over 3 weeks and the villa had everything we needed for cooking and general comfort. The location is great for getting around The Villages and has a nice walking trail nearby.
