Beautiful views and a beautiful and well-appointed cabin. I watched a family of otters playing in the river in front of the cabin one morning. The resort bar, as always, is always full of friendly patrons with a friendly server. This place is a bit of heaven on earth.
Extremely impressed with the amenities, decor, furniture, appliances, and linens. Everything we could possibly need was provided. We loved the coffee service basket. By far better than other resorts and hotels we've stayed at. We definately want to rent again next year
Have been staying here for 20+ years. Recently changed owners, but the quality and atmosphere hasn't changed. Beautiful cabins in the water, peaceful and relaxing.
The cabin was looking straight out onto the East Fork of the Chippewa River, a very beautiful and peaceful location. Watched otters, hooded merganzers, buffle heads as well as geese and deer. The amount of deer..... unbelievable. There is also tavern on the grounds where everyone was wlecoming and friendly. DEFINETLY will be staying here again
Very relaxing setting. Can hear the babbling of the East Fork of the Chippewa River and look out over the river as it widens into a sprawling channel.
Appreciated the cleanliness and responsiveness. We asked about firewood and when we returned from a day of hiking waterfalls a large pile had been delivered next to the fire pit. We were a group of two couples. Enjoyed our stay.
We are retired, needed to find a beautiful, quiet, calm place with all the luxuries of home. My husband went through some serious health problems, so we decided to do a getaway to unwind, relax. This place had it all, beautiful scenery, wildlife, yes off the beaten path but, wow, wow, wow. Fishing, boats available which we did not use, firewood, grill, ac/, comfortable furniture, shower, beds, could not ask for anything more. Host accommodating, thank you!!beautiful cabin, I was impressed! Would recommend this this place thinking of returning this fall, it is so worth it!!! everything was so clean and comfortable!
