Welcome to The White Guesthouse in Springfield, a mid-century styled modern home that includes a private patio with a pool and deck that is perfectly suited for a relaxing evening during the spring/fall, and warm summer months. The white guesthouse is close to all the shops including Historic C-Street, MSU campus, coffee shops, Mercy/Cox hospitals, and downtown are all less than a 7 min drive. The home is a short distance from I-44, and Highway 65.
Our White Guesthouse is a newly remodeled home with modern touches throughout the home. It brings a cozy and luxurious feel with a fully equipped kitchen offering everything that you need. Enjoy a latte or iced coffee with our Breville espresso machine. This is a perfect home for long term stay for travel nurses/business trips or a short weekend stay. We offer a laundry room on the premises, wifi, and a Smart TV which includes Hulu, and any other apps you would like to use. Our master bedroom includes a private bathroom, and a small office/desk area. Our patio and pool area is privately fenced in. Enjoy the pool in the warmer months. This beautiful home is near all the popular attractions, shops, and destinations.

Nice Design!

This home was charming, ultra-functional, and very welcoming, with modern amenities. Fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Would highly recommend and would def stay again.

Perfect House

House was very clean and newly renovated. We were taking classes at the university which was just a 3-minute drive. Walmart and restaurants are also minutes away. Appliances including Washer and dryer worked great.

Rented house to be close to family over Christmas. We needed a pet friendly option.

We felt the rental was just as described. Everything was new and clean, and it was beautifully furnished. We loved the fireplace. The wreath on the door and garland on the mantle gave it a Christmas touch. The plants in all the rooms contributed to the natural decor. Our coffee drinkers especially enjoyed the coffee bar. We lacked for nothing. The kiddos enjoyed the games. Thank you for helping to make our Christmas merry and bright! Ada, Terry and family

Cute house in a sus neighborhood

On the positive side, the pictures of the property are accurate. The house is very cute and clean. The neighborhood unfortunately doesn’t match. The ‘pool’ is essentially a livestock trough with a liner. The front door lock is a challenge as the lock itself gets stuck in the door frame. You’ll need to lift up on the door as it’s locking/unlocking so make sure your hands are free. The hot water is super hot but I wouldn’t recommend using more than one shower at a time. None of the bedrooms have their own TV but the single living room TV has a good sized screen. Also, 2 night minimum but we went ahead and left after just one night.
