MAIN FLOOR:
This cabin has flexible sleeping options for you and your party. We can accommodate up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms on the main floor offer a queen and king sized beds.
The third sunroom/bedroom at the front of the cabin has a day bed with pull out trundle that makes a king size bed.
The kitchen has a full size fridge, oven and stove, dishwasher and ice maker.
Full bathroom with shower and tub.
LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level bedroom offers bunk beds; twin over full size bed PLUS a twin pull-out. Perfect for all the kids!
Lower level game room also has a hide-a-bed couch. The game room has a bar, popcorn maker, adult sized connect-4 game, and foosball table.
Deck area has plenty of seating, hot tub, grill, not to mention amazing views right on the lake.
Outdoor toys: Floating otter raft. There are two kayaks and two paddle boards that are included.
Lower level has a bedroom, bathroom with shower and laundry area, bar area, seating area, and walk outdoors to the large patio/deck area with gas grill which is overlooking the lake. **We provide the gas**
This lake retreat has it all. Enjoy the lake direct lake access during day and enjoy the game room/bar at night time.
HOUSE RULES:
-Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.
-Please dump trash in trash bin provided outside.
-Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.
-No smoking of ANY KIND indoors!
-Pets are NOT allowed at this property.
-Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
DEATH AND DROWNING:
When you book your reservation, you are agreeing to the below as it relates to death and drowning at this property:
-Acknowledgement of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with water activities, including but not limited to swimming, boating, and other water-related activities. I understand that these risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of drowning, injury, or death.
Assumption of Responsibility: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the waterfront property and agree to take full responsibility for my safety and the safety of any accompanying guests or children.
No Lifeguard on Duty: I understand that there is no lifeguard on duty at the waterfront property. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for ensuring the safety of myself, my guests, and any children in my care while near or in the water.
Supervision of Children: If I am accompanied by children, I agree to provide constant and vigilant supervision to ensure their safety at all times. I understand that children must be supervised by a responsible adult while near or in the water.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge RE180 LLC, the property owner, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage, or death that may occur as a result of my use of the waterfront property.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless RE180 LLC], the property owner, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to my use of the waterfront property.
