Welcome to 5th Avenue! This lux studio is inspired by the glamour and sophistication of New York's 5th Avenue.located in the Passyunk Square neighborhood of South Philadelphia. This studio serves as a home away from home for traveling professionals and a safe, comfortable space for those leisurely traveling.
We are minutes away from restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and all the main attractions in Philadelphia. We are located 9 miles from Philadelphia International Airport.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a dining table where you can enjoy your culinary creations. The apartment also comes with a range of amenities to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. These include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a TV in each room with streaming services. Hi-speed WiFi throughout the apartment with smart TV's for streaming entertainment.

WE HAVE A VERY STRICT NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND POLICY AND VIOLATORS WILLL BE FINED AND RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT A REFUND.
*A $400 PARTY FEE WILL BE IMPOSED
*NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS IN THE UNIT AT ALL TIMES.
*AN EXTRA GUEST FEE OF $100 WILL BE IMPOSED PER GUEST
*ALL GUESTS BE ADDED TO THE GUEST LIS. TO UPDATE A GUEST NAMES DURING YOUR STAY SIMPLY SEND A MESSAGE OR TEST ME. THIS IS MANDATORY.
*NO LINGERING IN THE HALLWAYS
*PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES THAT DISTURB THE PEACE OF THE COMMUNITY, ESPECIALLY DURING QUIET HOURS

If you are more of an outdoors person, there is also an outdoor community area with fire pits, patio furniture, and barbecue grills.
