Enjoy this 1BR casita style home. Centrally located in Phx. Dog friendly with large private yard for them to run around. Everything is brand new. Just finished reno. Walking distance from Children’s and Heart Hospitals of Phx. Easy 51 and I-10 freeway access. 5-15 min Uber to Downtown, Midtown, Uptown, Arcadia or Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale. Lots of great local restaurants and breweries near by.

Don’t book!!!!

Very poor property. Not clean. Shoddy. I had to call for towels and washcloths and hand towels. Dish washer full of stinking water. Had to have been there for weeks. I left after 3 days of a 3 week stay and owners would not refund me anything.

We had a great stay! Property was clean and quiet and felt safe. Everything was very comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced backyard space.

Recommend

Nice clean place. Good location. Host provides no “extras”. Like coffee, creamer, extra blankets, extra towels no shampoo or cream rinse. Thats ok, just be prepared.
