The Space:

The bright living room is perfect for lounging and includes a large flat-screen TV and cozy seating. The outdoor space is truly a highlight of this vacation rental. Spend your days lounging by the sparkling pool, soaking up the California sun, and dining al fresco on the patio while taking in the breathtaking mountain views. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying the beautiful desert weather, and guests can enjoy fun games including a pool table, hockey table, foosball table, pickleball court and axe throwing game.

Conveniently located near world-famous golf courses and the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, there's never a shortage of things to do around here. Guest Access:

Main house, private yard-The garage was remodeled into an ADU which has a conjoining door that is locked and completely separate and can be added as a 5th bedroom.



Other Things to Note:

Short term bookings-

Spa heating is $76 per session (1-4 hours) and pool heating (spa heating is automatically included) is $179 per day each day you booked; 2-day minimum (as it takes one day to heat).

Please let us know what days and times you want the spa/pool heated so we can schedule it for your stay.



28+ days stay require $25-45/day utility fee to be determined by seasons.

This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.



Parties of more than 14 may need to request rollaway beds for an additional fee. There are 7 beds that sleep 2 people each. Plus, one large sectional.

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group and was well equipped. However, the neighbor’s dog barked all night long disrupting our sleep. Additionally, there was an extra charge to heat the hot tub and pool. One of the days the hot tub wouldn’t heat. They sent someone over to fix the issue, but by the time the tub was heated it was very late in the evening.

This property was newly renovated, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. We had 13 people coming in for Coachella weekend 1. House: The house is the best for large groups. It's the perfect amount of 5 rooms and 4 full bathrooms. The beds in every room are huge. Parking is great as well! The house was stocked full of so much stuff that we didn't need to bring or buy! Coffee, spices, cooking utensils, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Gaming: The pool table was so much fun! We didn't get a chance to play foosball or ping pong. Outside and the pool: Costs extra for the heated pool and spa, but so worth it. The cold at night and the hot of the water is the best thing ever. Perfect amount of patio seating etc. Check in/out: Easy process! Communication: I communicated mainly with Sergio, Katy's assistant. He is amazing!!! Responses quickly and is super helpful! Thank you so much Sergio!! Misc: There were great spots to work remotely if needed. There was also a printer, but we didn't need to use it. Also, GREAT sound system and TVs. I would highly recommend this place and would l absolutely come back next year!!
