Great location, convenient facilities - but under renovation

Plus side: Great location, dog friendly, and the room had a full kitchen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Minus side: under renovation so the lobby, laundry, gym and sundries store are unavailable. Public areas are worn but usable, so it's good that they are renovating. If you're okay with that, then you'll find this a good place for your stay.
