Cody is a great town and this is the perfect home. We stayed as two adult couples and everything was fine, recommended for the location, good parking and amenities like full kitchen, comfortable dining area and living area with TV, beds and linens great, two bathrooms great. Super convenient to the main street only a couple minutes away.

Emily was an excellent host, house is in a prime location in Cody for all attractions and outside east gate to Yellowstone. I highly recommend Seer Steakhouse within walking distance.Allot going on in Cody Rodeo every night in the summer months.

Great stay!

Charming little house with everything needed for our stay. Comfy beds and quiet. Emily was a great host and left some nice goodies for us. We were gone most of the time sightseeing and visiting Yellowstone so we didn’t get to enjoy the house as much as we would’ve liked.

The property was very well maintained and super clean. Management was very responsive to questions and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Th beds were super comfortable as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Family reunion

This a cute older home in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to town activities. It was perfect for four adults. The host team was friendly and easy to contact if needed.

This place was great

Great home, quiet location. Perfect stay over Easter weekend. Loved having two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a comfortable living and dining area. Kitchen was well stocked with dish-ware and pots and pans for making dinner. Our pup loved the doggy door to the fenced backyard!

The hosts thought of everything with this place! Very clean and lots of room for the 4 of us. Quiet, cute neighborhood very close to everything in town! Everything is walkable or a 2 minute drive. Wonderful little snacks and bottle of wine left for us too. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Thanks for having us!

Great place for our trip

We had a great stay here for our Cody and Yellowstone trip. The house is very nicely decorated and clean. Tons of nice little touches to make us feel welcome. Emily was extremely responsive to our needs and a true pleasure to work with. The kitchen is original to the house so the cabinets are outdated and it has a portable dishwasher, but the rest of the appliances and house are very modern and updated. Parking was plentiful and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a very nice picnic table and large grill in the backyard. All in all it was quite comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed

This house was just right for our needs. We loved the neighborhood, and easy 4 block walk to shopping area. The owner/manager was easy to reach when needed, and easy to talk to, but was never intrusive. We’ll definitely be back! I’ll list all the great features below: Actual driveway with room to park. Nice front yard and fully fenced backyard, with deck, new gas grill, and covered area with a table. There’s even a doggy door. There are two nice bedrooms ( 1 queen and 1 king) with their own bathrooms ( 1 standing shower & 1 shower/tub w/ jacuzzi jets). Only the king room has a TV (smart of course). A quaint living room with large smart TV. A spacious dining room. Ready to cook kitchen. Full size coffee pot and K-cup. Excellent cookware (pots and pans). Central A/C and heat. Immediate and ample hot water. New windows that open and close effortlessly. Comfortable beds. Great towels and extra linens. A full size washer and dryer. Plenty of closet & drawer space. Hard floors throughout (with rugs). Ceiling fans. The most adorable and coziest large fleece throws I’ve ever seen. Tasteful decorated, but simple and not overdone. We could not have asked for a better experience!

This was a comfortable, relaxing home in a quiet, yet convenient location. It had everything we needed and then some, with some items you don't typically find in a rental home that came in quite handy, like a tape measure and a screwdriver. There was more than enough storage space in both bedrooms.

Perfect stay!

Clean and comfortable home! We walked to downtown shops and restaurants every day, short, easy walk in quiet residential neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again.
We saw deer grazing in the neighborhood every evening and/or morning during our 5 day stay.

Why they chose this property

This home is located on one of the outside blocks of downtown Cody. It is a few blocks away from Sheridan Avenue, where most of the shops and restaurants are, yet still nice and quiet.
