Chesapeake Bay 3 bedroom newly constructed beach house in the private Kenwood Beach community. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the house, Private pier and lots of water toys, soft beach for long walks. Everything is new for a home from home vacation. 1.5 hours from DC, avoid the traffic and exit before the bay bridge. Hidden gem you won't want to leave.
Steps from the private beach in a quiet community, exhaust yourself with water sports or relax fishing, walking or reading a book on the beach. Collect shark teeth and fossils and explore the various parks with local wildlife. You will leave refreshed and bound to return.

We finished construction of our beautiful Chesapeake Bay home in October 2022. We poured lots of love and attention to details into this hideaway in a quiet private beach community. We hate leaving to return to reality in DC but look forward to the short drive back to recharge and relax.
Why they chose this property
Come see for yourselves what makes this place a hidden gem. Catch your own blue crab of catfish off our private pier. Walk the long beach and search for fossil treasures. The best part are the sunrise and sunsets, worth getting up for and closing the day with.
