Beach Place #402 - Wheelchair accessible BATH, completely updated and spacious, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with views of John's Pass Village is ready for your vacation to begin. This home away from home, has everything you need to start your get-away. Beach Place #402 has a bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counterspace, stainless steel appliances and dining table seating up to six people is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Free Wifi

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room, painted in a tranquil blue, offers comfortable furniture, large flat screened television, and DVD. The outdoor balcony provides gulf and John's Pass Village views. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage while winding down after the end of an eventful day.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with 1 queen and 1 double bed, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom also contains 1 queen and 1 double bed with a television as well. This is a perfect unit for couples or families and sleeps up to 8. One bathroom is remodeled and handicap accessible. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home.

One assigned parking spot is allocated and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

Naturally, Beach Place condos are steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

Perfect Christmas!

We spent Christmas here and loved it. The Beach Place# 402 was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the pool, being right on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and good restaurants was a bonus. Plenty of space in the condo to relax. Kitchen was nice and spacious to be able to cook and prepare food.

We love the location

Love the location - close to everything - great beach - condo was roomy for our group of 5 - beds were ok - they included extra blankets and pillows in closets - also has fans if you need one (which we did) - you can walk across the street for food, shopping, entertainment and activites - you can grab the south bound trolley right in front - pool was great - they have washer/dryer available on site at $2.50 a load to wash and the same to dry - order grocercies and have them delivered - i would stay again

Excellent vacation spot!

Went down for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loved the condo so much, especially the balcony, she said it was better than Disney!! (We didn't have a balcony there.) We would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again. So easy to walk to John's Pass from here.

Beach Place

The facility was great ! Very clean ! We only had a short walk to the beach and to the pool area . Plenty of shopping and places to eat located just across the street . You must pay to park if you have more than one vehicle and do not have two spots with rental so be prepared for that .

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decently stocked in the kitchen, 3 beach chairs, laundry facility,etc. our only concern was the comforters. The sheets were clean and but we wondered if they launder the comforters in between guests? Or the extra Blankets? Luckily we packed our own, same with Beach towels, beach toys , etc. it was an easy check in and check out and location was our favorite part!

Wonderful Condo

This condo was great. Plenty of space for our family of 5 plus our parents! Very clean upon arrival. Lots of fans, which helps with the noise of being close to the main road. The only downside to this unit is that there is ZERO beach items provided. No chairs, sand toys, etc. For that reason, I’d probably choose to stay at another unit, since so many other units in the area offer those amenities.

Not enough parking

Not sure why this wasn't more clear in the listing but there was only one parking space for 8 people ...and I couldn't reach out to the property manager about this and no alternative parking was recommended. This is a huge oversight. Also, the bed mattresses were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced, especially the first one in the first bedroom. It was sinking in. Besides that, we really liked the location (having to type in an elevator code and room code was annoying but understandable.)

I have never had this type of experience in the past. Hopefully this helps and gets resolved. We pay a hefty price for rental and clean up fees. There was beach sad all over the couches filthy under the couches . Crumbs inside of cabinets and mold along tub.

The staff was great leading up to about arrival which was after hours but we had all the info we needed to check in late. The property has all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation and the location is perfect being across the street from John's Pass. Our Family loved being right on the beach and the kiddos loved the pool option as well. We had family come and visit and the public parking lot right next door made this very easy. We will be back for sure!

With John’s Pass so close there is always something to do. Pool was very warm and the beach is close. It was private but active with many young children and families. The unit worked for us. Beds were just ok but served the purpose. The kitchen was well stocked but would have loved a few more extras to borrow. Appreciated the associations toilet paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and trash bags-although a step up in those would be helpful. Grills down on the lower level worked great. Had a maintenances issue that was addressed quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Loved being across from John's Pass and the convenience, but, we were right next to the public beach so the beach was very crowded on the weekends especially. And evenings got loud. Cars reving engines ect. Management was nice to work with. We arrived very early and they let us store luggage in the office whole we waited for our unit to be ready. We were even able to check in a little early. There was an oversight where for some reason our unit was overlooked by housekeeping but they came right back and did a great job. Gave us extra towels. The guest bath does overflow being an accessible shower. I wish the kitchen had more Tupperware and a pitcher. But overall was a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental/condo was great. We didn’t have any major issues at all. Love the set up in the condo and it was very functional. The only bad experience we had was during check in. We arrived a couple hours before check in and and went to see if we could check in early. We were greeting by a older women in the office and she was not very polite.We asked if we could check in early and she said “when your room is ready we will call you. That’s how it goes.” So 4pm rolls around and still no call. We go to check in again and it was ready... no phone call. We watched the cleaning crew leave around 2:30pm. Who knows how long it was ready for.We have been to beach place several years growing up and it was not fun or ideal to be treated that way.My parents stayed another week and had a much better experience at The Sand Pebble down the street in treasure island.

Beach stay was great, pool not so much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very nice and clean. The beach of course was wonderful. But a day and a half into our stay and maybe hours spent in the pool 2 of my younger daughters were throwing up none stop and missed out on a few days vacation. Once they were feeling better and we got back to the beach we learned a few other kids staying in the hotel ended up sick from the pool as well. The condo did close the pool to fix the problem but my family stayed far away from the pool the rest of the trip.
