Ours is a recently renovated, large ranch home with an attached occupied ADU. You will be staying in the primary unit, with it's large open plan, oak and tile floors in the living areas and wool Berber carpet in the bedrooms.

The fully outfitted kitchen includes everything you need and probably more you never knew you wanted. You will find everything you need to host a dinner with friends and family, and everything you would need to make the meal yourself if you like. Plates, glasses and utensils for at least 8 places (although only 6 chairs at the dining table). We have a Kitchenaid stand mixer and attachments, cuisinart food processor, a complete full set of pots and pans, roasting dishes, kitchen knives, cutting boards etc. The induction stovetop is a pleasure to cook on.

The living room includes a leather couch with two reclining sections as well as a cloth reclining lounger with stand-assist. And, of course, a 65" LG Smart TV that you are more than welcome to sign in to any of your favorite television services - we don't know any that the LG TV does not support. We've included an HDMI cable if you'd like to attach your computer or your own devices.

The front and side yard are fully fenced and should be capable of holding most dogs safely - you will want to walk the perimeter and verify! Small dogs or talented diggers might find an escape route, which is of course true of anywhere. The back deck is divided but technically it is shared with the adjacent ADU. The cement patio with grill is for your exclusive use; you're free to move the grill into the grass side yard if you prefer complete privacy.

This is our home, not just another empty house. We keep this home so that we can easily and frequently visit our parents, who live in the attached ADU.

We renovated it completely only a year ago, with accessibility in mind. While not ADA compliant, this home is perfect for those who need step free access due to needing a walker, or just because steps hurt. The ramp can be used with a wheelchair, but we'd ask you call us first if you do need full wheelchair access, particularly unassisted.
