Welcome to The Blue Goose in Fayetteville, Arkansas! We are located in a new construction community on the west side of town. We just added a Brand New Hot Tub and are only 1 mile off of I-49 and 3.5 miles from the University Of Arkansas campus! The community is incredibly bike friendly and we encourage you to bring your bikes with you as you can access the Razorback Greenway and many other trails directly from the home! Come enjoy your time in Fayetteville and discover the many comforts of The Blue Goose!

This is a single level 3 bedroom, 2 bath brand new home. The kitchen, dining, and living room are open concept. The large screen 65" smart TV is ready for streaming in the living room. Additional 50" smart TVs are mounted in bedrooms 1 & 2. The dining area leads out to a covered back patio with adirondacks, outdoor dining area and Weber charcoal grill. Cozy king size beds are in bedrooms 1 & 2. Bedroom 3 has 2 comfy twin beds. Kid friendly and accommodating with blinds in all bedrooms, pack-n-play and high chair. Two full size bathrooms with plenty of linens. The master en suite bath has a soaking tub as well as walk in tile shower. The master bedroom closet has a tub full of kids toys to keep them occupied and having a good time. Home has easy access to greenways for jogging or biking all over Northwest Arkansas. The garage is setup as a game area with Ping Pong Table & Foosball Table. This will be your favorite home away from home when you visit.

You will have access to the entire home and yard! The home sits on a .25 acre lot and has a very flat and fully fenced backyard making it perfect for yard games and tailgating. Enjoy the charcoal grill on the back porch or pull it around to the front if you're enjoying the garage ping pong and foosball table! Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

This is a new construction home in a neighborhood that is still building actively. Although none of the immediately adjacent homes are under construction any longer, there are homes being build in the neighborhood. The city has noise ordinances and restrictive working times to avoid disruption during early morning and evening hours. Please be aware of this before booking.

Graduation weekend

Overnight Getaway

My husband and I stayed at The Blue Goose and absolutely loved the house! Very comfortably decorated and we enjoyed just being there. The hot tub was perfect and the wall surrounding parts of it provided a nice atmosphere that felt more private. Josh was quick to respond to all messages and was an amazing host. We would absolutely stay here again!

U of A campus tour

Really nice place. Great for family of 4. Thoughtfully decorated in a safe neighborhood of new construction. The open living/kitchen/dining area is perfect for relaxing and the spa, ping pong, & foosball table were a fun addition. Highly recommended!

Great location

It was a nice place to stay. The hot tub was awesome for the cold nights. I would definitely stay again but would be better prepared to cooking at the house. There were a few pans and only 2 kitchen hand towels. We were there for Thanksgiving so making the traditional dinner was a challenge. Other than that, which is easily avoided, the house was great!

College visit

House was perfect for a weekend checking out University of Arkansas and taking in a football game. Great location, very clear… we were even welcomed with a super cute welcome basket.
