Welcome to your beach getaway! This cozy 2br Beach Point cottage is part of Colonial Village on Cape Cod Bay. A short sandy path will lead you to a private beach with stunning views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod! You're 1/4 mile from the Provincetown line and minutes from National Seashore Beaches. Leave your car at home and take the shuttle or bike to town. This cottage is under new ownership for 2023 by summer locals since 1993! Come discover our nook of heaven.

The space:
The cottage features an open bright living area with vaulted ceilings & skylights. Ample seating in the living room will allow you to relax after a day on the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials of home. You’ll find everything you need for a stress-free getaway to whip up beach snacks or a gourmet meal with local food in the full kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill.

Both bedrooms feature queen sized beds with new memory foam mattresses, cozy linens and ample closet space. Outdoors you'll find a private patio with morning sun and a table for breakfast as well as a fenced back deck with a dining table for a sunset dinner. There is also a newly updated private outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Relax by the living room fireplace (unfortunately fires are not permitted), read a book, connect to the complimentary WiFi or stream your favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire cottage with the exception of one small locked owners closet and fireplace usage. This is our nook of heaven, we want you to fully enjoy your stay and allow future guests to do the same. Please treat the home like your own!
