Disliked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Not as Expected
Were advised the room had a king. Didn't receive email with access code, needed to request it. Check-in is 4pm, not flexible for earlier check-in. We did some visiting, had dinner, and checked-in around 7:30. The parking lot was not lit and outside lights on the 2nd floor balcony were not on. It was a very unsafe feeling. We were the only guests there that evening. Upon entry to the room, there were 2 queen beds, not a king. The bathroom was not representative of the picture. I called & emailed to explain our concerns and due to lateness, we would stay 1 night, but would like a refund for the other 2 nights. A refund was issued, but would not recommend the place. The bathroom door is very narrow, about 2 feet, and the shower in the corner is maybe 30" square. The shower liner stuck to your body. The GFI outlet next to the vanity mirror didn't work & couldn't be reset. The vanity light was off the wall & resting on the top of the mirror. There is a built-in counter alongside 1 of the queen beds, so you can't get out of the bed on that side. The coffee maker's cord did not reach outlet. No disposable coffee cups or coffee. No closet. No wall hooks. The luggage rack was broken. No kleenex. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, convenient vanity storage, a few toiletries were provided. Pricey
