Beautiful modern townhome with LOTS of space, high ceilings, designer furnishings, great location in the Downtown/Southside area. Less than a mile to Fort Worth Convention Center, 1 mile to Sundance Square, 1/2 mile to Magnolia Ave attractions, 1 block to Main Street! So many great shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance, tons to do!

Super easy access to all major highways.

Townhome is a new rental, beautifully decorated, large open spaces, over 2000 square feet to spread out! 2 bedrooms with deluxe king sized beds, a deluxe king sized sofa sleeper in living room, 2 full baths. Fully stocked kitchen, linens, etc., just bring your suitcase! There is a ping ping table and darts in the attached two car garage available for use. Ping pong table can be folded away for full garage use.
