Beautiful spacious modern family home with vintage charm. A great gathering spot for family or just wanting to spend some time along the Bay. Perfect location in the sought after community of Bay Ridge! Walking distance to the community beaches and marina. Five miles to the Naval Academy and Downtown Annapolis.

The space
This home has an open, airy, and transitional feeling offering plenty of space for families to gather, as well as intimate areas perfect for reading a book or catching up with a friend. The sun-filled kitchen/great room is the center of the action, perfect for family meals and festive occasions. The dining room delivers more of a formal, but still relaxed space, to join together for meals. The living room, with its vintage charm, and bleached knotty pine walls provides an additional spot to connect, or escape into a good book. The den/4th bedroom rounds out the first floor of the house and is an ideal place to catch up on some work, relax, or utilize as an optional 4th guest room. The 2nd floor consists of a large master suite with ensuite bathroom, along with 2 additional inviting bedrooms. Outside, the large secluded backyard with an inviting stone patio, overlooking picturesque gardens, offers a tranquil and delightful space to hang out.

Beautiful and super clean house in great location

I was nervous because there were no reviews on this house, and our family (5 adults) had never been to this area. But it was all wonderful! It's challenging to find a house with 4 bedrooms that allows our dog to travel with us. This house hit all the marks. There is a large, beautiful, private backyard. The house looks just like all the pictures. Chris and her husband were wonderful and helpful hosts. The private beach was around the corner, and the location was convenient to everything. This place is one of our new top favorites!
