Extremely quiet apartment with view into green courtyard. Our place is convenient to all West Side attractions - 10 min to beach, 10 min to Getty Museum, 10 min to UCLA, 15 min to Abbot Kinney/Venice, Lovely balcony and comfortable living room with sofa bed. Newly remodeled kitchen with top appliances and cozy breakfast nook. Very quiet bedroom with luxury linens. Newly remodeled bathroom with deep tub and shower. Laundry in building. Easy street parking in safe, ,quiet neighborhood. Close to Sawtelle restaurant scene, as well as Santa Monica favorites.
