OCEANVIEW Avon - Moore Way - Boy, do we have a beach house for you! BUCK'S BEACH HOUSE, just five lots from the ocean, offers the complete package. A Stair Tamer is at the house to make unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. An under-house entry from the concrete carports leads to the first floor where all three bedrooms and two baths are located including the king master suite with private bath. Each bedroom has direct access to a large wraparound shaded deck. On the second floor you'll find a large great room with cathedral ceilings that offers abundant room for dining and entertaining. The great room opens to a large sundeck with excellent views and the screened-in porch with hot tub. The observation deck offers mesmerizing ocean views. Located next door to the Avon Fishing Pier and restaurant.

Full linens including sheets (with beds made), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths provided May 23 - September 4, 2026. Additional linens and towels available for rent.

Beautiful home with everything you need for a beach vacation. Beach access is conveniently located just a very short walk away. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of seating on all the decks. Great views!

We had an amazing stay at the house! Everything was clean, comfortable and we even had a nice gift waiting for us. Mandy, our contact was so sweet and responsive. Because we were there in December, we had a really cold night where the water pipes froze. I reached out to Mandy and she had a maintenance man at the house within an hour. I really appreciated how much care and attention we got. GREAT experience and we will definitely be using them again and staying at this house again!!

We loved the house very much. If I had one complaint it would be I wish it was right on the beach even though it was only a short walk. The area at this time of the year was very chilly so we would pick a warmer time of the year to come back.

Buck's Beach House

We had a great time at Buck's Beach house. The house is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The location for our fishing family is perfect. I have never been to a rental house with a kitchen that is as well stocked. We enjoyed to hot tub and deck. I hope to rent this property again next year.

This was a wonderful property and location was perfect for us. The only negative were the mattresses on the beds. All of us had back pain from the worn out mattresses. I would stay here every summer if the mattresses were replaced.

GREAT LOCATION!

Late March 2010 - Upper porch deck had nice view of ocean. Unlike some, this kitchen had more than enough to cook and bake with. Hot tub was great. Avon Pier was closed since we were there before Mid April, but still had fun fishing on charters. Lots of Blue fin and Yellow fin for dinners and the cooler was full to bring home!! 2 minute walk to beach, our dog met the local lab and had great runs on the sand. Would definitely rent again. Owners very friendly and any questions answered promptly.

Beautiful home, very clean, comfy. Short walk to the beach. Owners delivered a gift basket upon arrival. I slept in the king bed- more comfy than my own! This house was awesome. Even with the restriction of COVID going on we had an awesome time.

The location of this house was convenient to a lot of GREAT restaurants with great menus. Not only did we have a great time to relax but we never had a bad meal. We even purchased the meals and brought them back to our house to eat. We will be back to rent this location again.
