Hide-A-Way Cabin is a Rare GEM giving you a perfect mountain retreat yet just minutes to all the shopping, dining, and FUN Downtown Bryson City has to offer! Our beautiful upscale furnishings, well appointed kitchen with eat in bar, gorgeous Hot Tub, and Fire Pit Area make it a perfect home base for a mountain adventure or just relaxing! All roads to and around the cabin are paved. No special vehicle required! Our Living Room offers beautiful furnishings, vaulted ceilings with a remote control fireplace (for those chilly mountain evenings), and a large flat screen Roku TV for your enjoyment! We also have air conditioning throughout the cabin! The Kitchen offers gorgeous butcherblock countertops with eat in bar and coffee station. It is well appointed with everything you will need to prepare and serve your meals. The large main floor Queen Bedroom boast beautiful comfy bedding with vaulted ceilings and a new memory foam mattress. The Full Bath (with stackable washer and dryer) adjoins the main floor Queen Bedroom with access from the Living Room as well. An additional 3rd BR/Loft Space is located WITHIN the Queen Bedroom and offers a Twin Gel/Memory foam mattress, bean bag chair, and a small swivel mounted Roku TV, this area is accessed by a ladder for a fun mountain experience! (Please consider the potential hazards of booking this house if you have children or other people who may not be able to manage the loft ladder without injury. Guests assume all liability.)
The large, well-appointed King Bedroom is upstairs and offers space and privacy. It has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a Roku TV, and gorgeous bedding. The sitting area offers space to work if needed! For Outdoor Entertainment we provide a Gas Grill with a beautiful outdoor deck space complete with seating.
Our Hot Tub area is PERFECT with twinkling solar lights, an outdoor bar, wine glasses, extra large fluffy towels, and a place to ice drinks! When you tire of the Hot Tub gather around the beautifully lit Fire Pit to tell stories and make memories! (We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability, or fatality arising from use of the hot tub or fire pit. Guests use both at their own risk and the host will not be responsible for any injuries.)
We provide additional table and seating on the front deck to enjoy outside dining in the mountain air! Additionally, We are 2 MINUTES to DOWNTOWN... and the Great Smokey Mountains Railroad for fun adventures such as the Polar Express and Wine Tasting Rides! We are just TEN MINUTES to the Deep Creek Recreation Area which has gentle rapids for tubing and hiking adventures for all ages. A quick 15 MINUTE drive takes you to the BEST WHITEWATER RAFTING and Zip Lining Adventures offered at the Nantahala Outdoor Center! Hikers of all abilities will love the Appalachian Trail (15 minutes) and Great Smokey Mountain National Park (10 minutes). Nearby great day trips to consider are the Tsali Biking and Recreation Center, Harrah's Casino, The Biltmore, Dollywood, Clingmans Dome and more...
