Azalea Pines Retreat: Pool+Beach+Forest+5acres

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay! This is a single family home in a private setting with 5 acres that are partially wooded. There is a gated driveway and there are walking trails in the property's forest. With an easy 35 minutes to enjoy your day on the Emerald Coast, you have the luxury of being away from the hustle and bustle. Of course, you could also just lounge around extra large pool all day. (Pool size is 20'x40') The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature of approximatley 84 degrees, in the early spring and late fall.. Please note, the pool is NOT ABLE to be heated when the weather dips below 50 degrees, so normally there would be no heated pool in the months of November to February.
The space:
Fully stocked kitchen, all linens included. Large living area plus an extra tv room downstairs. Two dining rooms and 36” black stone flat top grill, making cooking for your group a breeze. Fire pit for late night conversation and s’mores.

Peace and quiet!

Love the location. Its quiet and not busy area. Not far from anything. If i wanted to go to the beach, it was within reasonable distance. To include the mall and grocery shopping. Beautiful pool, even at night with the nice lights. Glad there wasn't many TVs to keep everyone engaged with each other instead of in some sort of electronic. Owner is awesome and happy with the quick response if anything was in question. Thanks again for the great stay!

Occasionally we have found one that is just a bit too hard to let go, which is why we now have several short term rental properties. We have found that we greatly enjoy being rental hosts! Why they chose this property

This property is unique in the way that it has such a quiet country feel but is close to all the amenities of the city of Pensacola. Namely, Pensacola Beach with its stunning emerald waters. With this place, however, you have the advantage of the large private heated pool with the forest backdrop. There is such a resort-like feeling too, with the comfortable lounge chairs, hanging swings, gas fire pit, wood fire ring area, string lights, al fresco dining, etc etc. The house is also completely updated and is bright and airy, and the floor plan flows so well for large groups. I believe you'll find the details of your experience here are well thought out.
