Guest access:
Once registered, the complex offers parking for up to 2 vehicles ($25 each per 10 days) and many other amenities after the purchase of complex wristbands ($20 each per 7 days over age 5). Boasting 4 pools (one heated during winter months), a hot tub, kiddie pool, mini golf (putters are kept inside our unit storage closet), shuffleboard, tennis, and basketball courts. When you are ready to leave the gated community, the gently rolling waves of the beach will be waiting. Just a very short walk across the street from the main gate a deeded private beach access awaits you, after a few more steps you will be met with the sugary soft sand of the Emerald Coast.
Other things to note:
* Parking passes and wristband purchase are made in welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price.
* There are no dedicated parking spaces, however there are many spaces just steps away from your private entrance.
***No GOLF CARTS Nor SLINGSHOTS/Off Roading Vehicles are authorized by renters at Horizon South***
- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.
-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.
- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
-We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.
