Upgraded 3 bed 2 bath with all new appliances and furniture, in a quiet, safe residential area 5 min off R99, 20 min to airport, great access to national parks (Yosemite, Sequoia, Kings Canyon, etc), 1 min to Supermarket, fast wifi, dining table, 65" TV with 300MB WiFi, BBQ grill, all kitchen essentials including blender, coffee maker. 3 queen beds, 1 full-twin bunk bed and 1 queen sofa bed. 1-car garage. Front and backyard securely fenced. There are two security video cameras installed outside, one on the front and the other on the back. A guest should know the host has the discretion to check the video recordings whenever the host feels it necessary.

Met all of our needs

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Plenty of hangers, pillows, and extra blankets. The dishwasher didn't open all the way (refrigerator was in the way) but that was merely a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.

NICE HOUSE

We had a good stay, the only comment I'd like to make was that the master bath was much smaller than I anticipated! Also, the 2nd bath should have some bars or non-slip strips inthe tub to help people of any age to get out of the bath tub. My sister took a shower in the tub shower combo and it was very slippery. She almost fell! Otherwise, the house was great, It was clean, had plenty off nice fluffy towels, plenty of utensils, and extra amenities! Host and co host was receptive of my calls.
