About this property

Ideally located within a block to quaint downtown Benicia and 3 blocks to the Bay. Features include white oak hardwood floors, black framed double French doors, recessed lighting & heated bathroom floors. Nicely appointed kitchen offers white cabinets, black Stainless Steel appliances & quartzite counters. Brand new couch, dinette table, bed, LED TV and mini split AC/HEAT make it clean & cozy. Guest suite has its own private yard and paver patio area so guests can enjoy privacy.
The space
Ideally located right downtown walking distance to water, bakeries, breweries and many fine restaurants. Sunny new paver patio is the guests personal space.
Guest access
Guests can park in driveway or in front of main home. Access is down the driveway through side gate next to garage. In law unit is in back of property. Lockbox on door handle or key will be in the door.
Other things to note
We have 2 outdoor cats that live on property. We also have 2 small dogs (Boomer & Oliver) that are always with us but hang out in the backyard when we are home.

Highly enjoyable

Very comfortable and very pleasant. I enjoyed being able to walk the area and ride my bike everywhere. What a gem of a town. My accommodation was well appointed with anything or everything one might need. The hosts were very accommodating. Look forward to staying again.

Convenience and comfort

We stayed there for a wedding. Needed a full size kitchen for the cake. The owners were very accommodating and quick to answer questions.

Adorable cottage - walking distance to everything!!

We met Gretchen as we pulled up and she showed us around. She was really helpful and sweet. The cottage itself is cozy, clean, modern and well cared for. There was a bonus kitty who came to visit and that made me very happy!

We have a fantastic location. Benicia is a very cute town of 28,000 residents. We are downtown and less than a block to 1st St (Benicia's main street). We are 1 block from an incredible bakery, pizza restaurant, sushi & Italian restaurant. Further down 1st Street you will find dozens of others shops and restaurants.
