Located in beautiful Travis Heights, notable for architecture and Live Oak trees. A haven for SXSW, Formula 1 and ACL visitors because we provide an authentic Austin neighborhood experience in addition to easy access: 30min walk to the action on South Congress, and a 5min drive downtown or to the East side. Nearby parks have a greenbelt & running path that take you directly to the ~12mi river path, as well as an outdoor pool and tennis courts. Property borders St Eds campus with skyline views.
