Seaquest gives you a genuine beach lifestyle experience, regardless of the season. No dragging luggage through hot condotel parking lots and lobbies. No crossing highways with a baby stroller and cooler to get to the beach. No being elbow to elbow at public beach accesses.

Park at your front door. Throw your bags in a closet. And walk out to your beach backyard. No parking hassles. No traffic hassles. And far far less crowded than our public beach accesses.

Ready to try paddleboarding? Seaquest includes two, free, inflatable paddleboards (which are more forgiving for beginners)...they also make great floats for lazing around the ocean.. Want to kayak among the dolphins? Seaquest includes two free yaks.

Hate traffic? Us too! Stroll down the beach to neighborhood beach bars and restaurants. Or make the super-convenient trip to a variety of restaurants, grocery shopping and the Silver Sand Premium Outlet mall...all within less than 1 mile of Seaquest.

Don't get me wrong. Staying at a beach house a block or two away is great. But, it just isn't the same as having the Gulf of Mexico in the background of your family dinner while seagulls chirp and waves crash. And it isn’t the same as waking up in Seaquest’s third floor king master suite with 180 degree ocean views from its private balcony.

An updated townhouse with three stories of Gulf views offering direct beach access can be very difficult to find. Reserve your preferred dates soon!

Parking:
SeaQuest has 2 oversized parking spaces that will hold up to 2 mid sized cars (for a total of 4 vehicles) OR 1 large vehicle per spot (for a total of 2 vehicles) OR 1 large vehicle in one spot and 2 midsized vehicles in the second spot (for a total of 3 vehicles). Please only park between the white lines in the spot marked "E".

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. We do NOT host student groups at any time at this property. We do not allow third party bookings by parents/guardians, and do not allow student groups under age 25 at any time. If booked, you will not be granted access to the home, for violation of our guidelines. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: SeaQuest's beach is private for the homes in the Summerhaven subdivision. The beach has a coded gate that enables other Summerhaven residents to access the beach. However, the beach is not open to the public.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
