Nice House and Area!
The house was lovely! Overall its a very nice house with plenty of space for a large group if you have one. Would rent again as long as a few issues addressed that I spoke to mgmt about. Mgmt was polite and receptive at all times.
The machine is VERY loud so you are unable to have a conversation downstairs. Sounds like bearings or something with the tub that is lose and it makes a very loud violent noise. I would make sure this has been repaired before booking. Again, mgmt was very receptive and stated they would have someone look at it.
Minor issue: Two of the knobs on the stove didn't connect with the stem and therefore difficult to turn 2 of the burners on. Had to remove knob and use towel to grab stem and turn. This is an easy fix that mgmt stated they would address. No big deal.
Back porch seating could use some cleaning/updating and would be great if all the screen was in place so you could sit out there at night, but not a major concern for us.
Couple of pest control issues, but nothing major. They were going to spray house after we left.
We rented a golf cart from Essential Rentals to get to and from beach. The company delivered and picked up. $150 a day. There a a few parking spots by the beach access and if those are full you should be able to find a spot roadside. There is a golf cart right across from the house and I believe the rental came with a free round each day, but we didn't utilize that.
Overall would recommend!
