Construction will be complete on March 12! Thank you to all of our guests who have supported us during this difficult process! Gulf Place Caribbean is back and better than ever! Balconies and patios have been renovated, the elevator is brand new and the stairwells have been replaced.

Experience an outstanding view of the stunning Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Or take a relaxing stroll on the sugary, white sands of the most beautiful beaches in the world, located just steps away via private beach access. Your dream vacation destination is on 30A and conveniently located next to the restaurants and designer boutiques of quaint Gulf Place Town Center.

Our Gulf Place Caribbean condo has been beautifully updated. We have a view of the Gulf, heated pool and lake from the third floor. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed with fresh new bedding. Kids will love the twin bunk bed area that is tucked into the hallway. For extra sleeping space the new living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper that features a comfortable memory foam mattress. You will find that the kitchen is fully equipped and is furnished with stainless steel appliances. You will love the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit.

There is enough seating in the dining area for six. The deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and gulf breeze from the third floor balcony.

There is so much to do without ever having to leave Gulf Place. A number of wonderful restaurants and shops are just steps away. There are three swimming pools that are heated year round, not to mention tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard and cornhole. Gulf Place has 3 deeded beach access points!

We had an amazing experience in Gulf Place Caribbean 310. Check-in was easy, condo was super clean. The location is walking distance to some great shops and restaurants! Loved the private beach access too. The beach area wasn’t super crowded when we were there. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time! The apartment was small but clean and comfortable. It could do with some updates here and there. A few more basic supplies would have been nice. We were grateful for the beach chairs and umbrella. The location was great!

Memorial Day Weekend

The place was awesome to stay at. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops around. It was walking distance to the beach too. There was a paper towel and toilet paper roll when we go there, along with garbage bags, and some dishwasher pods too which was nice. The bed was also comfy to sleep on. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

The beach is literally right across the street, my kids loved the bunk beds, the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time and it was great with 2 small kids.

A Fabuous Vacation!

This was our 2nd time at Gulf Place. We absolutely love the beach and the whole area. The condo kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have back-pack beach chairs and an umbrella so we did not have to rent any. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The owners quickly responded to all my questions and even helped me plan my driving route!

The property was very nice, well maintained, comfortable bed and the check out rules were minimal and simple. So much to do within a close walking distance. When we return to Santa Rosa my first move will be to check if this suite is available.

While Mother Nature didn't cooperate as much as we would have liked, we had a relaxing time at the beach on spring break. The condo was very clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach. Our hosts made everything easy with great communication before and during the stay including some excellent restaurant recommendations. Very happy with this choice.

Lovely condo in 30a

Our first time doing Spring Break in 30A and it was such a great trip! The condo was perfect for our family of four, very convenient to the beach, pool, restaurants and shops. Hosts we’re always very quick to respond if we had any questions. We plan on returning!

Easter visit

It was a wonderful visit with my son. The condo was great. The repair work was a little worrisome although the host assured me it was safe. I’m a worry wart so of course that’s where my mind went. I love Gulf Place very convenient to St Rita’s and the beach what else could you ask for.

The owners thought about almost everything to make your trip perfect!

They had ample kitchen supplies, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels. We packed all of our beach supplies and didn’t have to unpack them from our vehicle. Unless we rent a large property with our adult children and their families we don’t cook. But the unit had good cooking pots and supplies. This was the first time we cooked breakfast each morning before heading out and dinner a few nights. We were relaxed and enjoy the Gulf Place community! Close to everything and when you want to find restaurants they are a short walk away. Definitely would recommend to a couple!

Great Beach Across The Street

Host was very responsive and helpful. The beach across the street was the best in the entire area. Crystal clear water and beautiful white sand. We went to several other beaches in the area but kept coming back to the beach across the street as it was the best and not very crowded. The condo is in a great location to explore other areas nearby. We enjoyed walking around the shops at Seaside and Rosemary Beach nearby. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to worry about renting or buying some ourselves. The only downside was the place was not super clean upon arrival. I'm sure the host would have taken care of it if requested but to have cleaners come and coordinate all of that wasn't something we wanted to deal with, we ended up wiping it down ourselves. Overall a great stay, great host, great location. Five Stars.
