Piper is a great location, especially if you are looking to be close to the university or medical areas. I host many travel nurses and other traveling professionals, but in the summer, my wonderful tourists also enjoy having the extensive Campbell Creek trail system a block away. It is a sunny and quiet neighborhood with easy access to Tudor Rd which gives you quick options for pretty much anything you'd want.
