Nestled in the heart of midtown Anchorage, you are close to everything! You can walk to shops and restaurants and are only a couple minutes by car to downtown Anchorage. The neighborhood itself has many quaint little houses and only a few apartment complexes. Want to day trip to Girdwood or Seward? This space is only 2 minutes from the New Seward Highway! Great Location

This place is very convenient to downtown and easy access to grocery and other shopping, restaurants and places to see. Just 10-12 minutes to the airport makes it really easy to get to and from as well. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating, and the place is comfortable and clean. If there is someone staying upstairs it can be a bit noisy with thumping, but very minimal generally.

Excellent, charming, clean quiet apartment. Perfect for two people. Everything in the looks like it has been newly freshened up in the apartment with the exception of the carpeting. We made sure to keep the space in good order during our stay!

Great economical place to stay

Received detailed instructions for checking in. Water pressure in shower was awesome. Apt is older & in need of updating, especially the carpet. Photos online werent quite the same. Rental served our needs & was close to the airporairport.

Great Anchorage Location

Clean and simple location close to downtown Anchorage. We stayed just briefly overnight on our way from Girdwood to Anchorage to hop on train very early am. All aspects very good considering we were there 12 hours total. Lol!

Flew into town late and had the check in instructions already waiting. Easy access, easy to find and just what was needed for a quick stay. No coffee in the unit but there was some tea bags. Water pressure was amazing!

Great option

After our very long day of traveling to get to Alaska, we found the apartment to be nice. Our plane was delayed causing a pretty late arrival however, the owner was pleasant and prompt when I needed help with questions. I would recommend this location. The place was clean and tidy and quite. The blackout curtains were a bonus to help us get some much-needed rest. Thank you

Nice Anchorage Rental

The property is very clean and Johanna is very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and very usable. Only downsides: carpet should probably be replaced and the laundry is not in the unit (it is coin laundry in the building). Overall, a great unit to stay in while in Anchorage.

Very comfortable and clean

This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Sofa and bed were of good quality. It was a really agreeable stay and all services were at walking distance. It was well located at mid distance between the airport and downtown Anchorage just by Chester Park where you can have a pleasant walk or bike ride. Bus services are also close by. The host was very helpful.

Hello! I'm Johanna and I was born and raised in Alaska. My husband Don, my daughter Aily and I love living here. We are very outdoorsy and spend our summers hiking, fishing, camping, clam digging, octopus hunting, and flying around in our Super Cub. In the winters I hibernate. ;)

I am a woman who wears many hats. First and foremost I'm a wife and mother. I am also a professional shopper for a couple of remote Alaskan lodges and I'm an entrepreneur on top of it all.

My husband Don is a commercial property manager and is one of the owners of the 11 plex where the apartment is located. He is an avid hunter and fisherman, filling our freezer for the winter with free roaming game and fish! He loves to fly, play hockey and climb mountains.

My daughter Aily is finishing 1st grade and is excited to be seven years old! She loves our outdoor life and playing soccer.
