Nice and quiet property! It was a little bit of a drive into Destin/Ft Walton, but the money we saved was worth it. There's a perfect little shopping center right around the corner for groceries, subs, and amazing pizza. We were able to eat in the vrbo with all the provided kitchen items quite easily and save again! The beds and pillows were quite comfortable, plenty of linens and towels were provided. I'd brought some laundry detergent with me and found the washer and dryer quite handy for a midweek small load. Great for a family of four! I can see how if you are there for an extended stay this location would be opportune. At check-in Rani was pleasant and helpful with my questions, even though it was a Sunday and the office was technically closed. Great customer service!

The cottage was clean and in a great location for our needs visiting family for Thanksgiving in the Freeport area. The beds were comfortable. There are only 2 parking spaces and additional parking is $10 per day. We would have liked to know prior to arrival that some items (4 towels total, and 4 coffee cups) were only provided for 4 people even though the cottage sleeps 6.

When we first arrived we were told we didnt have a reservation. We had went thru VRBO and the property manager Rani said they have been having problems with VRBO. Once we got in it was nice and quiet. Good location and close to the beaches but far enough away from the business that you can relax.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I’m truly sorry for the initial confusion with your reservation—VRBO has had a few technical issues recently, and I appreciate your patience while I got everything sorted out. I’m glad that once you were settled in, you enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location close to the beaches but far enough away to relax. Creating a peaceful, comfortable stay is always my goal, and I’m happy to hear that came through for you. I hope to welcome you back again for an even smoother and equally enjoyable visit.

I stayed here for a little over two months while working here over the summer. I have no complaints at all! Staff was very friendly, the inside was more cute than even expected and clean! It was the perfect little home for my friend and I over the summer. We loved all the amenities such as the pickleball court, pool, and gym! Would definitely recommend! Great communication with staff!
Perfect place to eat dinner and hangout!

Fantastic stay

We stayed for a week and a half and this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Brand new, in a community that is starting out so not yet full. The cottage is very nice with new appliances and in a great location for heading to Destin or Panama City Beach. The property manager is wonderful to work with, she answered questions promptly and was nice to visit with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to a cottage if we get a chance.

Just what we needed

We sold our SRB house and needed a place to stay for about 45 days while we waited for our new house to finish building. The communication with Dawn, the property manager, was excellent. She was very responsive, polite and professional. The cottage was very nice, clean and filled with all of the necessities for our stay. Highly recommend these cottages!!

Very clean spacious room for all 4 of us to stretch out and not feel on top of each other. Quiet neighborhood, very pleasent host, easy access to everything in the area. Bonus pool on site. Gave my husband and i a little privacy from the kids.
