About this property

A cheerful cabin in the serenity of the mountains

A cheerful cabin in the serenity of the mountains.
A perfect getaway retreat for a family or friends.
A hiking distance thru the mountains to the beautiful Fern Lake.
This base floor has a large living room with a fireplace, bar & entertainment, full bathroom and a large bedroom with a pellet stove , reading nook & storage, also a bedroom for kids. Extra futons available.
Garage is converted into a multi-purpose room: game room, pool table, kitchenette with sink, gas stove, refrigerator, cabinets, coffee maker, toaster, etc.) and a dining table. Outdoor deck, seating, BBQ, fire pit, dining table and a Jacuzzi.
Just to let you know, we're renting the base floor, since we have a couple renting the 2nd floor. The floors are not connected to each other. You have a total privacy.
The outside deck is perfectly facing the mountains, also we have a running creek down at the bottom of our place. We have outdoor furniture and complete privacy.
The parking is in front of the garage, and the entrance is from the side of the garage to the back door.

Really romantic, I bring my own fire wood and groceries to enjoy the nature trail roads, snow and mountains (hiking). My kids love pool table and kids room. The creek behind the house is wonderful. Perfect spot for vaction.
