Spend time outdoors in the big fenced yard, relax in the private hot tub and unwind by the firepit. Sip a glass of wine or your morning coffee on the deck and feel your stress slip away. Only a short distance from Main Street, you can explore Fredericksburg then sleep blissfully in the luxurious king-size bed! You'll love it all!
The Space:
The Space is a duplex like home. Managed by Heavenly Hosts
- 1 King bed
- Kitchenette with a BRAND NEW Retro fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, countertop toaster oven and dishwasher
- Washer/Dryer available!
- 2 TV's; one in the bedroom area and 1 in living room area (There is no cable at the house. We don't advertise cable on this listing. There are Smart TV's + WIFI. You are able to log into your own streaming service accounts.)
- His/Her sinks + walk in shower (no bathtub)
- Hot tub available!
- Indoor Electric Fireplace
- Gas BBQ Grill available
- Cornhole available!
The house is now considered a duplex. A separate suite was added onto the house in the back and will be rented separately from this listing. Nothing is shared with the other rental on the property, except for the driveway. Everything else is 100 % private and not shared. Petit Paradis is the back unit. - Mini fridge (shown in photos) was replaced with a wine cooler, but the wine cooler is currently out of order and no longer being advertised on the listing. The Retro fridge is still available.
