Super location to walk (about an east mile) to the stadium. Quiet street and large backyard with ample parking. The host was simply wonderful; so responsive and helpful- above and beyond.
We stayed at the property for our daughter's wedding at Paca House Mansion. The house was nothing short of Amazing. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the grounds were gorgeous (the pictures in the listing do not do the house justice). The owner was gracious and very responsive to any questions about the home or the Annapolis area. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Annapolis and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Annapolis.
Very nice, secluded spot. Was perfect for our team working the sailboatshow. we walked to the show and back most days. Great to come back to and relax.
We booked our stay for Navy Airforce weekend looking for a home that would accommodate our family (including our Navy Academy daughter) and our friends who have an affiliation with airforce. The homeowner could NOT have been more accommodating and lovely. If I’m being honest the photos don’t do the property justice, it’s even nicer than it looks which is saying a lot because the pics are great. It was a warm and welcoming environment for our family and we look forward to staying here again.

Thank you so very much Lisa. I really try to make my home as much of a “home away from home” that I can and I appreciate your positive feedback. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay.
I needed a place to stay during homecoming weekend at St. John's College. My mother, who has limited mobility, and sister joined me so we needed something more than a convenient place to sleep in between reunion events at my alma mater. This place fit the bill - a spacious, well-appointed home tucked just back from the main thoroughfare of West St. in a safe, private, quiet residential cul-de-sac minutes from the my target destination. The host usually responded within minutes of me reaching out. She also provided detailed instructions on how to navigate the home and make use of its amenities. There were 2 things that keep me from giving all 5 stars all around. One was that we had no access to washing machines for our clothes. The other was that there were no sauce pans in which to prepare food. It didn't even cross my mind that these items would be missing at the price point we paid and given all the other amenities at our disposal. One more thing, its just weird that there's an indoor spy camera in that house. Who would want their host observing them and listening to their conversations in the living / dining rooms of their rental? The explanation for its presence provided in the instructions begged credibility.

Hi Richard,
I'm sorry you didn't see the several saucepans of different sizes and with lids on the shelf in the cabinet with the other pots and pans. Access to the unfinished basement is not part of the rental, and therefore, the washer and dryer are not included (unless it is requested for a longer stay, such as a week, but you were here for only 2 nights). I advise in the house instructions that the camera is easily unplugged upon arrival (which you did). The reason for the indoor camera is for security purposes - it is pointed at the front door. I'm pleased that you enjoyed the house and your trip to Annapolis otherwise.
About the host
Hosted by julia clarke
I am an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland and my husband is an IT person. We recently bought our retirement home in Berlin, MD, and now live about 50/50 in both places. As you will see, we love gardening and landscaping and spend a lot of time in the yard. Something is almost always flowering!
Why they chose this property
We like that we can walk to local favorites, the library, the free shuttle stop, or the stadium! Ceremony Coffee on Russell st, or Carlson’s Donuts, Paul’s Homewood Cafe and Thai Kitchen on West St. Only 2 blocks off of West st yet the last house on a dead end street so the house has privacy and plenty of parking. We’ve often been told it’s a “hidden gem”. Most of the neighborhood has sidewalks and is close the Wiley Bates Heritage Park and is great for dog walking. I must say our dog factored greatly into our decision lol.
What makes this property unique
The house is unusual for Annapolis as it is more recently built than most and has more modern amenities and an open floor plan. Tons of windows, high ceilings, great outdoor space with a big fenced yard and off street parking, porches, deck, fire pit, dual zoned heat/ac, double sinks in both full baths, double oven, Napolean grill, a great room with a big dining table, bar, fireplace, kitchen island. It’s a great house for a cook and seats 14 for a meal -8 at the table and 6 at the bar. Also, because we do live here, the house has most everything you would need other than your clothes!
