Great game day location

We loved our stay at Tide on Twelfth! Great location close to campus and downtown. Property Management was very responsive. Will stay here again!

Amazing property and great communication from property manager

Perfect house and location! Spotless! Had absolutely everything you need provided for a comfortable stay! We walked to downtown Tuscaloosa and to the campus with ease multiple times during our stay. Beds were very comfortable! Close to everything!

Convenient location

Location was very convenient for A Day. The place was nice and clean and as advertised. There are several restrictions and there are a lot of forms to fill out and overall it feels like you are renting an apartment rather than staying a weekend. Was a little off putting but we got over it.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay, however, the comment about forms is not accurate. It is clearly stated on the listing that signing forms is required as part of the City of Tuscaloosa's STR licensing rules. Thankfully, our process for this is very quick, easy, and requires just a few clicks on your phone.

Perfect place to stay while moving our daughter back to Bama

The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The side yard was a great bonus—perfect for our dog to stretch out and play. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful and convenient place to stay in the area! I’ve been renting from Bama Bed and Breakfast for the last 5 years and they haven’t failed me yet. Love working with their friendly, knowledgeable and professional team!

The staff were always friendly and responsive to all questions. They were able to offer us early check in which was great for graduation weekend events. The house itself was so well appointed and comfortable. The spaces were large enough so everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had more supplies than we had hoped and the treat bin was a nice surprise. The location was great for us and parking was never an issue. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend the property!
