Located on the top (2nd) floor in Northwest Austin, this condo is close to many parks and hike/bike trails. Washer/Dryer in unit with enough space for bike storage. Large balcony and park view. Quiet, safe neighborhood with well lit access to the unit. Easy on/off US Hwy 183, which provides access to all major highways in and around Austin. 10 miles to the Domain (shopping and restaurants) and the Austin Football Club stadium. 11 miles to Lake Travis. Only 16 miles to Downtown. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis.

Extended stay

Needed a place to stay for an extended period of time before my family and I sold our home in Austin and moved 2000 miles away. The apartment was exactly what we needed, and made a normally stressful process so much better. Property manager was very easy to get ahold of when we had questions. Stay was near perfect, thank you.
